Nous sommes implantés sur 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin et Givisiez) et nous recrutons régulièrement des personnes qui souhaitent prendre des responsabilités et travailler dans un contexte jeune et dynamique.     Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients à Genève, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e     Ingénieur Système Linux (60%) / Windows (40%) (H/F)     Missions :   - Participer aux projets informatiques de maintien et d'évolution des infrastructures - Participer au maintien et aux évolutions des instances on-premise et cloud - Déployer, manager et garantir la MCO de serveurs Windows et Linux - Assurer l'exploitation, la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement des différents systèmes, équipements et services informatique - Installer et administrer le parc matériel et applicatif informatique - Assurer la vérification quotidienne de l'état de fonctionnement de l'infrastructure et ainsi assurer la pérennité et de la sécurité/sauvegarde des systèmes - S'informer et échanger sur les différentes solutions et évolutions technologiques - Établir et maintenir régulièrement à jour les documentations, inventaires, guides et manuels - Assister les usagers confrontés à des problèmes techniques ou d'utilisations     Profil recherché :   - Formation certifiée reconnue en Suisse ou équivalente dans le domaine de l'informatique - Maitrise des environnements Linux et Windows (60%/40%) - Bonnes compétences dans les Cloud (Azure) et datacenter - Très bonnes connaissances en virtualisation (Citrix, VMWare, VSphère) - Bonnes connaissances en scripting (Bash, Powershell...) et outils d'automatisation (ansible) - Expérience avec des outils de backup, sauvegarde, monitoring et storage (SAN, NAS) - Expérience de déploiement de containers (doker, kubernetes, openshift, ...) - Connaissances des environnements DevOps et pipeline CI / CD - Compétences dans le domaine de la virtualisation VRealize Automation / Orchestrator - Bonnes connaissances en réseaux - Attitude exemplaire et excellentes compétences relationnelles - Français indispensable - Anglais minimum B2 - Autonome - Bonne capacité d'analyse.       Cette opportunité vous intéresse ? We have 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin and Givisiez) and we are always recruiting people who want to take on responsibility and work in a young, dynamic environment.   For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a     Linux Database Administrator (M/W)   The Databases Product Owner is an acknowledged technical leader with a good understanding of business processes. You will specifically collect and understand business issues you try to resolve and build the technical foundations required to deliver the solutions.     Missions: - Acts as an Engineer to implement high performance scalable databases that can fulfil business / solution needs, based on recommendations from Product Owner.  - Driven end-to-end availability, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB using native and 3rd party tools.  - Drive migration of many of those on open-source engines to containerization (either to OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Services).  - Ensures Monitoring, Logging and Alerting is set up and integrated with monitoring tools accordingly to the standard and business requirements.  - Acts as an expert to Identify query-language optimizations to deliver the best possible performance.  - Work with the Hybrid Cloud colleagues working on Core Infrastructure.  - Act as a coach to support some of the colleagues in their technical knowledge.  - Practices sustainable response and support in the incident and request management     Profile: - University degree in technical field along with minimum 5 years' experience in administering mainly on-premises based multiuser environment with expertise in planning, designing, building, and jimplementing complex database systems.  - 5+ years' experience in running production MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.  - Extensive experience with monitoring / logging / alerting systems.  - Strong experience in Linux Administration (containerization would be highly appreciated).  - Strong team player able to share knowledge and to be autonomous when needed. - Experience in database containerization (best practices, methodologies, migration...).  - Experience in working with cloud providers (Azure) on RDBMS and NoSQL deployment.  - Experience in infrastructure automation / provisioning tools (PowerShell / Ansible playbook).  - Experience with Elastic Search and/or Splunk would be a plus.   Why you should apply: - Home-office possibility - Located in Geneva with a good offices - Possibility of evolution inside the company   This position is open to both men and women.    Don't hesitate! We have 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin and Givisiez) and we are always recruiting people who want to take on responsibility and work in a young, dynamic environment.   For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a     LOG MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST / Full Remote (M/W)   Missions: - Design and implement high-performance, scalable log management solutions that fulfill business and solution needs.  - Leads the onboarding of logs coming from Windows/Linux applications and containerized environments, such as OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). - Collaborate with business and IT Product teams to identify and document current and future use cases for log management solutions.  - Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and implement optimizations that enhance the utility and efficiency of the solutions.  - Work closely with the architecture and engineering teams to review the effectiveness of the architecture standards and migrations on an ongoing basis. - Adapt strategies and processes as necessary to align with evolving business needs and technology advancements, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of log management innovation. - Ensures comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems are in place and integrated with standard monitoring tools according to business requirements.  - Acts as an expert in identifying optimizations within log processing and query languages to deliver the best possible performance. - Provide training and ongoing support to IT and business users, including best practices for leveraging its capabilities to meet their specific use cases     Profile: - Proficient in leveraging Splunk, Cribl, Elastic, and other related tools for log management, with a focus on ensuring scalable deployment. - A university degree in a technical field, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in administering primarily on-premises based multi-user environments. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in running log management and analytics platforms such as Splunk and Elastic Stack in a production environment.  - This includes expertise in log collection, processing, storage, and visualization. - Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting Systems: Extensive experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry.  - Linux administration: Strong experience in Linux Administration is crucial.   This position is open to both men and women.    Don't hesitate!
